Consider this inaugural post to be a test. That said: Yes, we are having a baby. The calculated due date is June 13, 2008. (June 14, if you ask A.)  For those of you that thought that we were joking: no, this is not a joke.

If you have done the math, you are probably asking why we waited until after the halfway point to put this little site together.  The answer?  It just didn’t occur to either of us until now.  It just sort of came to me today while we were sitting in the cloth diapering class.  Why send people hither and yon for gift registries etc. when we could just sent them to one place?  And so this is that place:

Our plans for this space?  Blog the baby process, I suppose.  Link out to gift registries, make note of any panic attacks, thoughts on the whole thing.  We’ll see what comes of it.  Mostly we hope it will be an easy “one stop shop” for friends and family that have baby-related questions like: Any new ultrasound pictures? or Are you registered anywhere?
